TrustFX was created with great intentions of being a database full of all sorts of local businesses, that were all graded based on a rating system. For example, if you wanted to look up a certain professional business in your area, then you could rely on TrustFX to provide you with honest reviews from customers who have had experience with the company. However, some experts have offered a lot of perspective on how this process of ratings from customers can turn into a pay-per-post situation, which would dillute the original concept. It would be much more thorough, if the companies were collected like a database instead.
